Summary: Very quiet , me and my girlfriend had a great time , place was very clean . Walkable distance to the beach. Supermarket was right around the corner so we got some things to make our own breakfast, we got to enjoy the pool. Amazing stay , we would definitely come back.

Summary: This little apartment was perfect for my daughter and me: it had everything we needed and the layout was very comfortable. You can tell Rob and Maria put a lot of care into every detail. The place was spic and span when we got there, and there was even a filter jug full of cold water in the fridge. There was plenty of space (and hangers) for our stuff, so no issue there. I cooked breakfast a few times and heated up food, and it was well stocked with all the utensils we needed.I did have a few hiccups with my WiFi connection (it eventually worked), but Rob and Maria were very responsive and helpful. Their handyman, Angel, and his wife are the sweetest—Angel was there when we got there and made sure we were ok, and when we left he went out of his way to help with the suitcases (in the rain!) The apartment is short walk from the beach down a neighborhood sidewalk. The water was perfectly clear and absolutely gorgeous, it was such a treat to have it so close by. It's also centrally located to all the fun places. A lot of them you can even walk to, including my favorite bakery and some cute little cafés and restaurants. I'm from Puerto Rico originally, and my friends and family all loved it when they stopped by to pick me up. Oh, and there's a nice little pool (we didn't use it because the beach was so close) and the holy grail: a washer and dryer.

Summary: We had a great time, our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, we parked on the street right in front and it was very convenient. (If you are new to ocean park, it does take a minute to figure out the gate system and where to get in and out of the neighborhood but it wasn’t too hard). The grocery store is literally around the corner, and it’s an easy walk to the beach and to great spots on the loiza st area. I would recommend this unit most for a couple, there’s a sweet little pool to refresh in, and a little outdoor space. We loved it!
